End of Summer Wellness Retreat | Kent, UK

12 – 14 September 2025

Join us for a wild getaway in the beautiful countryside just outside of London. This will be a truly magical retreat that focuses on resetting and recharging after the summer and gives you the space to transition between seasons. It is open to everyone, including those who have never tried yoga before. The goal of this retreat is to help you feel rejuvenated and calm, as well as meet like-minded people!

Location

Our retreat will take place at The Quaives, a peaceful 19-acre sanctuary in Kent. The grounds include secret gardens, tree-lined fields filled with vibrant flowers, and plants, and a large pond. There are plenty of spots to relax, with hammocks and sun loungers for you to take advantage of, or local villages nearby if that’s more your thing!

Located between Wickhambreaux and Ickham, The Quaives is:

  • 15-minute drive from Canterbury West station
  • 10-minute drive from Canterbury East
  • 54-minute train from London St Pancras International
  • 44-minute train from Stratford Station
  • 30-minute drive to beaches in Whitstable, Deal, Margate, Ramsgate & Folkestone
There is also plenty of parking onsite if you prefer to drive.

Once home to Fleetwood Mac’s Christine McVie, The Quaives has a rich musical history and is a truly special and unique place!

The Magic Touch

This is a deeply restorative experience, designed with intention, care, and a genuine love for creating space for people. Having experienced burnout myself, I know how hard it can be to slow down, especially in busy cities like London, where rest is sometimes overlooked, and productivity is prioritised.

That’s why I pour my heart into everything that I do. Yoga to me is never about being the most flexible or ‘zen’, it’s about showing up exactly as you are in that moment in time, enjoying the present, and creating space to be kinder to yourself and lead with more compassion. Everything I offer is open to everyone, even if you’ve never tried yoga before – this retreat is welcoming and non-pretentious. Think yoga without ego, wellness without pressure, and community without being cliquey.

This weekend is grounded in the simple joy of slowing down in a beautiful environment. With no fluff, no forced transformation, just meaningful time in nature with like-minded people.

Your Host

Perle, founder of Exhale 108, will be your host for this retreat! She is a London-based yoga teacher, who also loves travelling and exploring new places.

Her teaching is rooted in empathy and inclusivity as she believes that yoga is for everyone. Perle is dedicated to creating a welcoming space where people feel supported and empowered. She invites students to have fun with their practice and enjoy the process.

Perle guides each class with intention, and encourages self-compassion and kindness to find balance both on and off the mat.
